PROOF OF FASCISM IN THE USA Insight: Top Justice officials connected to mortgage banks 2011 HYPOCRITES OF THE YEAR AWARD As I thought back over 2011, I found three events particular shocking to my conscience. Here are the 2011 awards and reasons for them.
Warner, Norcross & Judd LLC (West Michigan’s “blue blood” Law Firm) The hypocrite of the year award came into my mind’s eye as I read a story in the Grand Rapids Legal News about this firm giving Christmas presents to poor children and it infuriated me this very same firm is instrumental in throwing children out onto the streets based on their Amicus Curiae Brief the Michigan Supreme Court used to make a decision to make foreclosures easier in Michigan.
The Michigan Association of REALTORS Here is another decision that is shocking to my conscience. Instead of helping protect the people they’re supposed to protect, the Michigan Association of REALTORS® SOLD OUT to the big banks and screwed the people they’re supposed to protect with an Amicus Curiae Brief to the Michigan Supreme Court supporting the Banksters. Instead of trying to keep people in their homes and being leaders, they supported the Banksters instead.
Four Michigan Supreme Court Justices Robert P. Young, Stephen J. Markman, Mary Beth Kelly, and Brian K. Zahra. Remember these four names come election time because they’re nothing but political hacks who SOLD OUT to the Banksters by using some acrobatics and legerdemain and outright tautology to get no to mean yes in their attempt to screw Michigan homeowners who are being unlawfully foreclosed on.

On December 1, 2011 Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley filed a lawsuit against BANK OF AMERICA, N A, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, BAC GP, LLC, JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, CITIBANK N.A., CITIMORTGAGE, INC., GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC., and MERSCORP, INC., charging them with, among other things, UNDERMINING PUBLIC RECORDS “MERS”, which is exactly what they have done in Michigan, especially Kent County Register of Deeds Mary Hollinrake who has refused to acknowledge the problem publicly and has worked in harmony with Kent County “Corporate” Attorney Dan Ophoff to cover-up the problem. In addition, Attorney Dan Ophoff has refused to advise Kent County Sheriff Lawrence Stelma to demand a clear “chain of title” before foreclosing on homes the foreclosing party, or the bank, does not have a lawful interest in because THEY DO NOT OWN THE NOTE. The rules of the game with securitization, as with real property law and secured credit are, and always have been, that dotting “i’s” and crossing “t’s” matter, in part to ensure the fairness of the system and avoid confusion about conflicting claims to property. Close enough doesn’t do it in securitization; if you don’t do it right, you cannot ensure that securitized assets are bankruptcy remote and thus you cannot get the ratings and opinion letters necessary for securitization to work. Thus, it is important not to dismiss securitization problems as merely “technical;” these issues are no more technicalities than the borrower’s signature on a mortgage. Cutting corners may improve securitization’s economic efficiency, but it undermines its legal viability. Sec. 274. Purchasing and attempting to collect a note, knowing signature was fraudulently obtained. Any person who shall receive into his possession for collection or sale or who shall purchase any promissory note, bill of exchange, due bill, order, contract, or paper writing whatever, obtained in the manner mentioned in the preceding section of this chapter, knowing the same to have been obtained with the intent to cheat and defraud, and any person who shall take any steps to collect any promissory note, bill of exchange, due bill, order, contract, paper or writing whatever, knowing the signature to have been obtained by fraud, with intent to cheat and defraud, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 10 years, or by fine of not more than 5,000 dollars.
